You’ll join our either our Graduate Consultants or Graduate Delivery practice, both of which aim to attract, develop and support top talent. We want you to have the required skills, knowledge, breadth of experience and networks to do your job well and to the best of your ability.
We provide a development framework for graduates in both practices that leads to success, both for the individual and Detica – it includes a special induction course just for graduates.
We also have mechanisms in place to build and maintain a vibrant and active community – including events, newsletters and knowledge repositories. When you join, we’ll match you with a buddy who can give you a bit of informal support while you’re finding your feet.
In addition to providing you with additional learning and development, support and direction at the start of your career, one of the key aims of the practices are to provide you with exposure to the different types of work that BAE Systems Detica does.
